When a sales funnel is first implemented there will be a many quick wins; however, some stuff will suck … to put it bluntly.
We do our best to mitigate this by understanding your business and customer and by following proven concepts; however, some markets are just different and take time to “crack.”

Our 5 Phase Approach
Phase 1: Understanding Your Business
We spend lots of time over Skype, Google Hangouts, phone calls, and/or in person if nearby getting to know you, your business, what makes you unique, and your expectations and goals.
We gain an understanding of how your products/services flow and connect – unlocking upsells and cross-sales.
We’ll ask for testimonials, reviews, and customer success stories because they’ll help us get to know what you help people achieve and we’ll use them in the funnel.
We look at everything you have in place already: website, social media accounts, current email marketing setup, advertising campaigns, etc.
Phase 2: Understanding Your Customers
We spend a lot of time getting to know your customer. We figure out who they are, why they’re coming to your business, and what make them tick (pains, goals, values).
This is accomplished through scouring the web for what your ideal customer is talking about, conducting surveys, and picking up the phone and talking to them.
Why do we do all this work? It enables us to write copy that really connects with your market which makes them whip out their wallets to hand you money!
Phase 3: Planning
We map out the entire sales funnel by pairing your business with your customers in one cohesive strategy.
Everything is mapped out from the emails and their goals, to lead magnets that need to be developed, to landing pages that need to be designed, and everything in between.
We’ll know what’s going to link to what, how people are going to move from point A to point B, and what the goal of each portion is.
Phase 4: Implementing
We take the plan and turn it into reality.
We write the emails, setup the automation, do the copywriting, design work, tool implementation, and tracking code installation … everything needed for a fully functioning sales funnel … everything according to the plan.
Phase 5: Optimizing
After implementation, we wait for about 30 days to see what happens (unless there is a glaring problem, which we’ll fix right away). We’ll see what’s working, what isn’t, and make changes to improve the effectiveness of your sales funnel.
While all of the phases are important, this one is where the biggest differences are made. Knowing how to properly track results and how to use that data to make educated decisions is the key to success.
“It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish” … and we’re good at finishing strong.
How We Work
We’re essentially “yours for a month.”
We plan our projects in 30 day intervals because we find that is the perfect length of time to go through the 5 phases.
It’s long enough that we have enough time to do the proper amount of research, planning, and implementation – but, it’s not too long where interest and momentum gets lost.
After the 30 days of intense focus and your funnel is live, we sit back for about 30 days (or possibly the length of your funnel) and watch how it performs.
We’ll then go in, make tweaks where it’s lacking, and hand it over to you.
Of course, we will still be around for maintenance, updates, and other possible build-outs, but those services are beyond the scope of the initial service and have other fees associated with them.

I already have a funnel, will you help me?
Yes, send us a message. Depending what you have in place, how it’s performing, and whether or not it it aligns with the plan – we will either keep it, modify it, or scrap it.
Will I need any software? What?
Yes, you will need an autoresponder service to handle the email automation. This is usually a monthly fee ranging from $10 to $500 depending on needs and requirements. (most businesses tend to be between $20 and $50)
There may also be other tools and plugins required depending on things like your shopping cart platform (if you have one).
As a side note, we have developer licenses for a number of tools and you’ll most likely be able to use what we already have.

No. Aweber is overrated, overpriced, and under-powered.

Yes, LeadPages is fine. However, more than likely you’ll wind up wanting your pages hosted “in house” – but, we’ll work that out beforehand.
